Asparagus Cream Pasta

Ingredients
| 250 g | Whole grain spelled pasta |
| 2 onions | |
| 100 g | Mushrooms |
| 600 g | green asparagus |
| 200 g | Vegan Sliced Meat |
| 50 ml | White wine |
| 200 ml | Oat cooking cream |
| 2 tsp | starch in 100 ml water |
| Salt & Pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cook pasta al dente
Step 2 of 5:
Sauté onions and mushrooms in the Ceratal® Comfort pan until golden brown, then add the sliced meat and asparagus and fry until the asparagus is tender
Step 3 of 5:
Deglaze with white wine, add oat cooking cream and starch-water mixture, and bring to a brief boil
Step 4 of 5:
Then simmer for 3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce has thickened
Step 5 of 5:
Add pasta to the pan, combine, and season with salt and pepper
