Asparagus salad
This asparagus salad was prepared using the Ceratal® Comfort pan from @dukkah.and.greens.

Ingredients
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 500g | green asparagus |
| 150g | Edamame |
| 3 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 pinch of brown sugar | |
| 2 tbsp | lemon or lime juice |
| Chili powder | |
| Pepper | |
| 100g | roasted cashews |
| Asian salad greens, coriander leaves, Thai basil | |
| White and Black Sesame |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Heat olive oil in the Ceratal® Comfort pan. Clean 500 g of green asparagus, cut into approx. 3 cm pieces, and sauté in the pan.
Step 2 of 5:
Add edamame after a few minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Deglaze with soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon or lime juice. When the asparagus is crisp-tender, turn off the heat.
Step 4 of 5:
Season with chili powder and pepper. Stir in roasted cashews.
Step 5 of 5:
Let cool slightly, then fold in a handful of Asian salads, cilantro leaves, and Thai basil. Garnish with white and black sesame seeds.
