Beetroot lentil burger
Today we have a vegan burger recipe from @veganer.wandel: Beetroot and lentil burger with beetroot cooked in the Vitavit® Premium pressure cooker and patties prepared in the Ceratal® Comfort pan.

Ingredients
| 130 g | brown lentils |
| 400 ml | Water |
| 1 | large beetroot |
| 2 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 80 g | Breadcrumbs |
| 80 g | Oat flakes, oil for frying |
| Spices: 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp chili powder, salt & pepper. Side dish: Burger buns, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, onions, vegan mayonnaise, etc. |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Rinse brown lentils and add to the pressure cooker with water. Set to cooking level 3. As soon as the green ring appears, the cooking time of 15 minutes begins. (Approx. 40-50 min without a pressure cooker) Then let the Vitavit® Premium steam off.
Step 2 of 5:
Cook beetroot until soft (20-25 minutes on level 2 in the pressure cooker) and dice, then puree or mix with soy sauce.
Step 3 of 5:
Drain the lentils, then combine with beetroot puree, breadcrumbs, oats & spices to form a mixture.
Step 4 of 5:
Form patties and fry.
Step 5 of 5:
Assemble burgers and enjoy!
