Creamy ribbon pasta with pork tenderloin
Today there is a delicious pasta recipe from @sandraskochblog, for which only a few ingredients are needed: creamy ribbon noodles with pork tenderloin.

Ingredients
| 200 g | Ribbon noodles |
| 300 g | Pork tenderloin |
| 250 ml | Cream or cream substitute |
| 1 good ladle of pasta water | |
| 1 level teaspoon of salt | |
| 1 good pinch | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 tsp | dried herbs of Provence |
| Optional | a few fresh herbs, here chives |
| Some oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the pork fillet into strips.
Step 2 of 5:
Start cooking the noodles in salted water.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, heat the oil in the Frying Pan and sear the pork fillet on all sides over high heat, then season.
Step 4 of 5:
Deglaze with cream & pasta water and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Optionally add fresh herbs.
Step 5 of 5:
Fold in the cooked pasta and enjoy.
