Creamy ribbon pasta with pork tenderloin

Today there is a delicious pasta recipe from @sandraskochblog, for which only a few ingredients are needed: creamy ribbon noodles with pork tenderloin.

Ingredients

200 g Ribbon noodles
300 g Pork tenderloin
250 ml Cream or cream substitute
1 good ladle of pasta water
1 level teaspoon of salt
1 good pinch freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp dried herbs of Provence
Optional a few fresh herbs, here chives
Some oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

 

Cut the pork fillet into strips.

Step 2 of 5:

 

Start cooking the noodles in salted water.

Step 3 of 5:

 

Meanwhile, heat the oil in the Frying Pan and sear the pork fillet on all sides over high heat, then season.

Step 4 of 5:

 

Deglaze with cream & pasta water and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Optionally add fresh herbs.

Step 5 of 5:

 

Fold in the cooked pasta and enjoy.
