Crispy Asian Noodle Salad
Today we have a delicious recipe from @tinastausendschoen for you - crunchy Asian noodle salad. The dish was prepared with our Adamant® Comfort Frying Pan and a Cooking Pot from our Original-Profi Collection®.

Ingredients
| 200g | Mie or wok noodles |
| 1 | red bell pepper, cut into thin strips |
| 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips | |
| 1 | Carrot, cut into julienne strips |
| 50g | Sugar snap peas, cut into fine strips |
| 1/4 | Chinese cabbage, in fine strips |
| 2 tsp | light sesame seeds |
| 3 tsp | roasted, salted peanuts, roughly chopped |
| Dressing: | |
| 2 tbsp | Sesame oil |
| 4 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 30ml | Vegetable broth |
| 1/2 tsp | Curry paste yellow or red |
| 2 tbsp | Agave syrup |
| 3 tbsp lime juice | |
| Salt & Pepper | |
| Coriander, spring onions or Thai basil as desired |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Toast the sesame seeds and peanuts in the Frying Pan without any oil until golden brown and fragrant.
Step 2 of 3:
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and heat in the Frying Pan. Add the noodles and heat, stirring, until they are soft. (Add a little water if needed.
Step 3 of 3:
Leave the noodles to cool slightly, then mix with the vegetables. Arrange on a platter, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and peanuts, and garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
