Ingredients

| 125 ml | Cream |
| 3 tbsp | flour |

Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Crumble the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a small saucepan. Then set aside and let cool slightly.

Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, cream, and the butter-chocolate mixture until frothy. Then incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder.
Step 4 of 7:
Add the beaten egg whites to the batter and gently fold them in.
Step 5 of 7:
Brush a non-stick pan (28 cm diameter) with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 6 of 7:
Pour the batter into the pan, place a suitable lid on top, and bake at about ⅓ of the maximum stove temperature for 20–30 minutes. If nothing sticks to a wooden skewer when inserted into the batter, the tart is done and can be inverted onto a plate.
Step 7 of 7:
Dust with powdered sugar and serve preferably while still warm.
