Ingredients
| 1kg | potatoes |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 tbsp. | flour |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| sugar and applesauce as needed |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel the potatoes and finely grate them (do not shred). Put everything into a sieve and let it drain well.
Step 2 of 5:
Peel the onion and grate it into the potato mixture.
Step 3 of 5:
Add the egg, flour, and salt, then mix everything well.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat oil in the Frying Pan until very hot, then add 3 - 4 spoonfuls of the potato mixture at a time and flatten them.
Step 5 of 5:
Cook until golden brown on both sides and enjoy with applesauce or, like I do, with sugar
