Gratinéed white asparagus from the pan

| FOR THE ASPARAGUS: | |
| 500 g | white asparagus |
| 1 tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1 tbsp | salt |
| pepper | |
| 1–2 tbsp | olive oil (high quality) |
| 30–40 g | Parmesan, freshly grated |
| FOR THE QUARK: | |
| 200 g | low-fat quark / quark |
| 1 bunch | chives, finely cut |
| 1 dash | apple cider vinegar |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 dash | olive oil |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Step 2 of 7:
Peel asparagus (trim ends slightly if necessary).
Step 3 of 7:
Place asparagus in the Adamant® serving pan. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
Step 4 of 7:
Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Step 5 of 7:
Place the pan in the oven and gratinate the asparagus for approx. 20 minutes, until the Parmesan is golden.
Step 6 of 7:
Stir all ingredients for the chive quark and season to taste. This pairs perfectly with boiled potatoes.

Arrange the asparagus with the chive quark and potatoes and enjoy.
