Green asparagus with bacon

Ingredients
| approx. 18 | stalks of fresh, green asparagus |
| 6 potatoes | |
| 1 | Pack of sliced bacon |
| 1 | Hollandaise Sauce |
| 50g | Butter |
| 1/2 | Lemon |
| 100g | coarsely grated Grana Padano |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel, quarter the potatoes and boil for 25 minutes in salted water.
Step 2 of 5:
Meanwhile, wash the asparagus and cut off the ends by approx. 1cm.
Step 3 of 5:
Halve the bacon slices lengthwise and wrap them around the asparagus spears.
Step 4 of 5:
Melt the butter in the pan, fry the asparagus for approx. 8 minutes per side until the bacon is nice and crispy.
Step 5 of 5:
Salt & pepper. Shortly before serving, sprinkle the Grana over the asparagus and let it melt slightly. Season the hollandaise sauce with a few squirts of lemon. Arrange and enjoy.
