Ingredients
| 500 g | beef goulash |
| 2 | salsiccia (200g) |
| 200 g | white beans |
| 500 ml | broth |
| 400 g | canned tomatoes |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 1 tsp. | cornstarch |
| 1 | carrot |
| ½ | stalk celery |
| 2 cloves | garlic cloves |
| 2 tbsp. | olive oil |
| 1 tsp each | salt, paprika, oregano |
| 1 pinch | pepper |
| 1 sprig | rosemary |
| For Serve | |
| 1 tsp. | lemon zest |
| 4 tbsp. | Parmesan |

Instructions
Step 1 of 12:
Cut meat into 2cm cubes.
Step 2 of 12:
Remove sausage from casing, scrape out any remaining bits with a blunt knife, and pull into small pieces.
Step 3 of 12:
Peel and dice onion, carrot, and garlic. Dice celery.
Step 4 of 12:
Wash and drain beans.
Step 5 of 12:
Sear meat in oil and remove from pot.
Step 6 of 12:
Briefly sauté diced onion, carrot, celery, and the pulled sausage. Add garlic later.
Step 7 of 12:
Return meat to the pot with the vegetables and sprinkle with 1 tsp cornstarch.
Step 8 of 12:
Add tomato paste and stir.
Step 9 of 12:
Deglaze with broth and tomatoes. Stir in salt, spices, and rosemary, and close the lid.
Step 10 of 12:
As soon as the green ring appears on the cooking crown, cook the goulash for 30 minutes on level 3 and then release the steam via the cooking crown.
Step 11 of 12:
Cooking time in a regular pot is approx. 1 hour.
Step 12 of 12:
Add beans and heat briefly.
