Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

2 Mango
250 g Sticky rice
1 can (240 ml) Coconut milk
2 tbsp Sweetener of your choice
2 tbsp Vegan protein powder, cinnamon flavor)
Toppings: Coconut flakes, black sesame seeds, mint

Instructions

Step 1 of 4: 

 

Peel the mango and cut into strips 

Step 2 of 4: 

 

Cook sticky rice according to package directions 

Step 3 of 4: 

 

Warm coconut milk with protein powder, stirring. Stir 3/4 of the sauce into the rice, save the rest of the sauce as a topping 

Step 4 of 4: 

 

Top the rice with mango and toppings & enjoy
