Ingredients
| 2 | Mango |
| 250 g | Sticky rice |
| 1 can (240 ml) | Coconut milk |
| 2 tbsp | Sweetener of your choice |
| 2 tbsp | Vegan protein powder, cinnamon flavor) |
| Toppings: | Coconut flakes, black sesame seeds, mint |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Peel the mango and cut into strips
Step 2 of 4:
Cook sticky rice according to package directions
Step 3 of 4:
Warm coconut milk with protein powder, stirring. Stir 3/4 of the sauce into the rice, save the rest of the sauce as a topping
Step 4 of 4:
Top the rice with mango and toppings & enjoy
