Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Place the potatoes in the steamer basket. Fill the Pressure Cooker with 250 ml of water, then place the steamer basket into the Pressure Cooker. Close the Pressure Cooker and set the third Cooking Level. When the green ring appears, cook the potatoes for 6-8 minutes depending on their size. Remove the Pressure Cooker from the hob, release the steam, and open it.
Step 2 of 5:
Proceed in the same way with the green beans and eggs. Cook the green beans for 6 minutes at Cooking Level 2, then rinse them in cold water. Eggs - 5 minutes at Cooking Level 3.
Step 3 of 5:
Cut the potatoes, tear the lettuce into pieces, halve the tomatoes and eggs, quarter or slice the radishes, and cut the cucumber into large pieces and the onion into rings.
Step 4 of 5:
For the dressing, squeeze the orange and lemon. Mix the olive oil with the orange juice, lemon juice, and mustard, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 5 of 5:
Divide the salad among plates. Arrange the other ingredients on top, drizzle with the dressing, and serve.
