500 g Gnocchi aus dem Kühlregal
300 g Hackfleisch nach Wahl
1 Stange Lauch
200 g Sahne Schmelzkäse
200 ml Wasser
1 TL Salz
eine gute Prise Pfeffer
1-2 TL Gemüsebrühenpulver
1 EL Öl zum Anbraten

Instructions

Step 1 of 3:

 

Heat oil in the Frying Pan and fry the mince until crumbly, season it, add the leek cut into rings, and fry briefly.

Then stir in the processed cheese and the water and let it simmer gently for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3:

 

Now add the gnocchi and let everything continue to simmer until they are cooked through, which takes about 3-5 minutes.
