One-pot gnocchi with peas and ham

Ingredients

150 g diced ham
1 tsp butter
500 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated section
200 g Frozen peas
150 ml Cream here: Cream substitute with 7% fat
200 ml Water or vegetable broth
1-2 tsp lemon juice
50 g Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

Step 1 of 4:

 

Crisp the diced ham in a Frying Pan and remove.

Step 2 of 4:

 

Melt the butter in the Frying Pan and fry the gnocchi in it until golden brown.

Step 3 of 4:

 

Add the ham and peas. Deglaze with cream and water (or stock) and let simmer for 5 - 8 minutes.

Step 4 of 4:

 

Season to taste with lemon juice. Finally, stir in the Parmesan and serve immediately.
