Ingredients
| 250 g | conchiglie pasta |
| 200 g | cream |
| 800 ml | milk |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| a good pinch each of | pepper, nutmeg & garlic powder |
| 200 g | cheddar cheese |
| 2 tbsp. | crispy fried onions |
| some | chopped parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Add 600 ml milk, all the cream, and the spices to the Frying Pan and bring to the boil, then stir in the pasta and let it simmer gently with the Lid on for about 12-15 minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
Step 2 of 5:
Stir occasionally and add the remaining milk after a while.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, grate the cheese and preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
Step 4 of 5:
Once the pasta is cooked, remove the Frying Pan from the heat and stir in 200 g cheese until melted, seasoning a little more if needed.
Step 5 of 5:
Top with the remaining cheese and the crispy fried onions and place in the oven for 5 minutes, then serve with chopped parsley.
