Pan Lasagna

Ingredients

250 g Minced beef
1 finely chopped onion
500 g passata (strained tomatoes)
350 ml Water
A good pinch of salt, pepper, and a little sugar.
2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
7 Lasagna sheets without pre-cooking
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 pair of fresh basil leaves
Some oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1 of 4:

 

Brown the ground beef and onions, and season with a little salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 4:

 

Add the passata and water, the remaining spices, and the broken-up lasagne sheets, then simmer gently with the lid on for about 15 minutes.

Step 3 of 4:

 

Stir occasionally.

Step 4 of 4:

 

Then sprinkle the Parmesan and basil on top and continue simmering until it has melted.
