Ingredients

600g Kartoffeln, geschält und feine Würfel
2 EL Öl
250g Rinderhackfleisch
1 Zwiebeln, gehackt
250g Spitzpaprika, feine Streifen
250ml passierte Tomaten
250ml Wasser

GEWÜRZE
1 EL Tomatenmark
1 Prise Zucker
1 TL Salz
1 TL Paprikapulver
1 Lorbeerblatt
Pfeffer
Frische Kräuter nach dem Garen

Instructions

Step 1 of 4:

 

Fry the diced potatoes until crispy.

Step 2 of 4:

 

Sear the ground meat in a pot and add the onions, tomato paste, and a pinch of sugar (fry for 2 minutes).

Step 3 of 4:

 

Now deglaze everything with water and strained tomatoes, add all remaining ingredients, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Step 4 of 4:

 

Add the diced potatoes and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes.
