Savoy cabbage stir-fry

Ingredients

| Oil for frying | |
| 400 g | Minced beef |
| 1 | kl. Pointed cabbage (approx. 600g) |
| 3 small carrots | |
| 2 cm | Ginger |
| 1 | Chili (mild or hot) |
| 1 tbsp | curry powder |
| 350 ml | Coconut milk |
| 200 ml | Vegetable broth |
| Salt, pepper | |
| Parsley (decoration) |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Dice the onion, cut the carrots into rings. Peel the ginger and finely chop it with the chili.
Step 2 of 7:
Wash and quarter the pointed cabbage. Remove the outer leaves and the core, and cut into fine strips.
Step 3 of 7:
Heat oil in a large pan. Distribute the onion, ginger, and ground meat in the pan and fry until crispy. Remove from the pan.
Step 4 of 7:
Reheat oil in the same pan and sauté the pointed cabbage and carrots for approx. 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Step 5 of 7:
Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, and curry powder. Bring to a boil briefly, then simmer gently with a lid for approx. 5-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 6 of 7:
Add the meat and stir in.
Step 7 of 7:
Season with chili, salt, and pepper, and serve hot with freshly chopped parsley and optional rice or potatoes.
