Ingredients
| 600 g | Pork tenderloin |
| 3 | Onions |
| 200 g | Cream cheese with herbs of Provence |
| 180 ml | Water |
| Salt, pepper | |
| A little oil for frying. | |
| Optional | finely chopped fresh parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
Step 2 of 6:
Sear the pork fillet on both sides in a little oil (approx. 2 minutes per side) and season with salt and pepper. Then remove from the Frying Pan.
Step 3 of 6:
Sweat the onions cut into half rings for 2-3 minutes, deglaze with water, and bring briefly to the boil. This releases the roasted flavours from the base of the Frying Pan and gives the sauce a great depth of flavour.
Step 4 of 6:
Stir in the cream cheese and let it simmer gently for 2 minutes. Then season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
Step 5 of 6:
Cut the fillet into medallions. Return them to the Frying Pan, spoon a little of the sauce over them, and finish cooking in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 6 of 6:
Potatoes or rice make a great side dish.
