Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

3 Hähnchenbrust
250 ml Gemüsebrühe
120 g Tomatensauce oder BBQ Sauce
1 Zwiebel
1 EL Knoblauchpulver
3 EL natives Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer
Für das Sandwich:
2 Chiabattas oder 1 Baguette
2 reife Avocados
150 g Rotkohl
2 Möhren
1 EL Zitronensaft

Instructions

Step 1 of 6:

 

Rub the chicken breast with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Peel the onion. 

Step 2 of 6:

 

Place the meat and onion in the Pressure Cooker. Add the vegetable stock and tomato sauce, close the Pressure Cooker, and set it to the third Cooking Levels. When the green ring appears, cook the meat for 20 minutes. Then remove the Pressure Cooker from the heat, release the pressure, and open it. 

Step 3 of 6:

 

Meanwhile, cut the red cabbage and carrot into thin strips. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and mash it with a fork. Refine the avocado cream with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4 of 6:

 

Slice the ciabatta in half lengthwise, spread with butter, and lightly toast in the Frying Pan.

Step 5 of 6:

 

Remove the meat, shred it in a bowl using two forks, add a little sauce from the Pressure Cooker until the desired consistency is reached, and mix well.

Step 6 of 6:

 

Top the bread with avocado, meat, red cabbage, and carrot.
