Ingredients
| 250 g | Quark |
| 200 g | Raspberries (fresh or frozen depending on the season) |
| 2 tbsp | Buttermilk |
| 1 tsp | Honey |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 4 tbsp | Pistachios |
| Mint leaves |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Stir the quark and buttermilk together in a bowl until smooth and chill.
Step 2 of 5:
Wash and halve the raspberries.
Step 3 of 5:
Mix the lemon juice with honey and halved raspberries and purée. Then chill for about 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 5:
Roughly chop the pistachios.
Step 5 of 5:
Pour the raspberry sauce over the quark and garnish with mint leaves and pistachios.
