| 150 g | Quinoa oil for frying |
| 1 | Red onion |
| 2 toes | garlic |
| 2 tbsp | Rolled oats, quick-cooking |
| 50 g | Soy granules |
| 1 tbsp | vegetable broth |
| 4 tbsp | cornstarch |
| Salt, pepper | |
| Peanut stew: | |
| Vegetable fat for frying | |
| 2 cm | Ginger |
| 1 | Chili |
| 2 | Onion |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 1 | Paprika |
| 2 | carrots |
| 1 bunch of spring onions | |
| 300 ml | Vegetable broth |
| 200 g | passata |
| 150 g | Peanut butter |
| Fresh parsley, coriander | |
| 1 tsp | cumin |
| 1 tsp | Paprika |
| Toppings: | |
| Peanuts | |
| Parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Cook quinoa & soy granules according to package directions. Then drain each
Step 2 of 4:
Combine with all other ingredients for the quinoa balls, form balls & fry in the Original Profi Collection® frying pan. Remove from pan
Step 3 of 4:
Also sauté garlic, onions, chili & ginger in the Original-Profi Collection® frying pan
Step 4 of 4:
Add bell peppers, carrots & spring onions and fry everything for another 5 min
