Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Season the beef sirloin with salt and black pepper.
Step 2 of 4:
Heat the olive oil and thyme in the Original-Profi Collection® Frying Pan over the highest heat and sear the beef.
Step 3 of 4:
When both sides of the beef are browned, add the garlic and butter to the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the prawns to cook. Then sear the romaine lettuce over the same heat.
Step 4 of 4:
Arrange the beef, prawns, and romaine lettuce on a plate and drizzle with lemon. Garnish with peppercorns and feta cheese.
Fissler Pro Tips:
- When searing the beef, add a little oil to the butter so that the butter does not burn as easily.
- As the beef is very thick, the prawns should only be added after the beef has finished cooking to achieve a balanced level of doneness.
