Sweet potato and carrot pasta with cashew sauce

Ingredients
| 2 | Sweet potatoes |
| 2 | Carrots |
| Handful | Cashews |
| 1 pack | Soy cream |
| 2 tbsp | Cashew butter |
| Leaf spinach | |
| 1 clove of garlic | |
| Salt, pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Peel sweet potatoes and carrots. Then, use a spiralizer to create your noodles.
Step 2 of 6:
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Finely chop the garlic and sauté it quickly.
Step 3 of 6:
Next, add your noodles to the pan. To keep them nice and crisp, I recommend frying them in a non-stick pan. I use the Original-Profi Collection® stainless steel serving pan.
Step 4 of 6:
Season your pasta and add the spinach leaves at the end.
Step 5 of 6:
For the sauce, warm your soy cream and let 2 tbsp of cashew butter dissolve in it.

Crunchy cashews perfectly round off your dish!
