Watermelon Feta Salad - the perfect summer salad

This recipe, featuring peppery arugula, tangy feta, and sweet watermelon, is refreshing and offers carefree enjoyment on hot days.

Ingredients
| 500 g | watermelon |
| 200 g | arugula |
| 200 g | feta |
| 80 g | walnuts |
| 2 | limes |
| 3 tbsp. | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp. | orange juice |
| pepper | |
| sugar | |
| mint |
Instructions
Step 1 of 8:
Cut the watermelon into small, bite-sized pieces.
Step 2 of 8:
Wash the rocket and pat it dry.
Step 3 of 8:
Also cut the feta into small pieces.
Step 4 of 8:
Chop the walnuts and toast them in a coated Frying Pan.
Step 5 of 8:
For the dressing, first roll the limes on a hard surface so the juice is released more easily. Then cut them in half and squeeze out the juice.
Step 6 of 8:
Now mix the lime juice with the oil and orange juice. Season everything with salt and pepper.
Step 7 of 8:
Finally, dress the rocket salad with the dressing and fold in the melon and feta pieces as well as the toasted walnuts.
Step 8 of 8:
If you like, garnish the salad with a few chopped mint leaves. This adds extra freshness.
