Baked Tortellini

Ingredients
| 800 g | Tortellini |
| 125 g | Mini mozzarella |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Clover of garlic |
| 2 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 400 g | diced tomatoes |
| Oil (of your choice) | |
| 250 ml | Cream |
| 100 ml | Water |
| Season with pizza seasoning and salt as needed | |

Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Finely chop the onion and 1 clove of garlic and sauté in a little oil.
Step 2 of 5:
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté. Deglaze with 400g chopped tomatoes, 250 ml cream, and 100 ml water. Season with pizza seasoning and salt, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Stir in 800 g of tortellini from the refrigerated section and top with 125 g of mini mozzarella.
Step 4 of 5:
Now bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 20 - 25 minutes.
Step 5 of 5:
Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
