Vegan Carbonara

Ingredients
| 200g | Smoked Tofu |
| 300g | Spaghetti |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 1/2 | Parsley for garnish |
| 200l | Oat cream |
| 3 tbsp | Olive oil |
| Salt and pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Cut smoked tofu into small cubes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2 of 4:
Peel garlic cloves and finely chop. Wash the parsley, spin dry, and finely chop.
Step 3 of 4:
Fry tofu cubes in a little olive oil until lightly crispy. Add garlic cloves and continue frying. Deglaze with oat cream and a ladleful of pasta water, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4 of 4:
Mix carbonara with the pasta and serve with parsley.
