Vegan Shepherd's Pie

| 50 g | vegane Butter |

| 3 EL | Olivenöl |
| 1 | große Zwiebel |
| 2 | Knoblauchzehen |
| Kräuter: 1 Zweig Rosmarin, 1 Handvoll Thymianzweige | |
| 1 Stange | Staudensellerie |
| 2 | Möhren |
| 250 g | Champignons |
| 200 g | TK Erbsen |
| 1 Dose (400 g) | gehackte Tomaten mit Kräutern |
| 2 EL | Tomatenmark |
| 3 EL | Worcester Sauce |
| 300 ml | Gemüsebrühe |
| 150 ml | Rotwein trocken |
| 250 g | gekochte Linsen |
| Salz, Pfeffer |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Peel the potatoes, halve them depending on size, and place them in the steaming insert. Fill the Pressure Cooker with 250 ml water and place the steaming insert into the Pressure Cooker. Close the Pressure Cooker and set the third Cooking Levels. When the green ring appears, cook the potatoes for 6 minutes. Remove the Pressure Cooker from the hob, release the pressure, and open it.
Step 2 of 6:
Place the potatoes in a bowl with the milk and butter, mash with a potato masher, and season with salt and nutmeg.
Step 3 of 6:
Finely chop the herbs and garlic, then briefly fry in 2 tbsp. olive oil. Finely dice the onion, add it, and fry for 1 more minute.
Step 4 of 6:
Dice the carrots, celery, and mushrooms and add them to the onions, then fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 5 of 6:
Add the peas, lentils, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable stock, wine, and Worcestershire sauce to the Frying Pan, stir everything well, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6 of 6:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan. Place the filling in a greased baking dish, spread the mashed potatoes on top, and make a pattern with a fork. Drizzle the bake with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with thyme leaves before you Serve.
