Ingredients
| 1 TL | Kokosöl |
| 1 | Chilischote |
| 3 | Knoblauchzehen |
| 2 | mittelgroße Zwiebeln |
| 1 cm | Ingwer |
| 200 g | Braune Linsen |
| 500 ml | Wasser |
| 240 ml | Kokosmilch |
| 2 TL | Curry Paste |
| 50 g | Erbsen- oder Sojagranulat |
| 2 | Möhren |
| 2 | Paprika |
| 1 | Hand voll Spinat |
| 1 TL | Kurkuma |
| 1 EL | Sojasoße |
| 1 TL | Gemüsebrühepulver |
| 1 TL | Curry |
| Beilage: | Basmati Reis |
| Toppings: | Chili, schwarzer Sesamöl, Pistazien, Limette |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Wash the mountain lentils and let them drain
Step 2 of 5:
Sauté the chili, garlic, onions & ginger in coconut oil on the frying surface of the Vitavit® Premium Pressure Cooker
Step 3 of 5:
Add the mountain lentils & water, close the Lid and cook for 10 min at level 3. Then release the steam from the Vitavit® Premium Pressure Cooker. (With a conventional Cooking Pot, it takes 40-50 min)
Step 4 of 5:
Stir in the coconut milk & curry paste. Then add all remaining ingredients & spices and cook for 3 min at level 1
Step 5 of 5:
Enjoy with rice and toppings!
