Aluminum pans with non-stick coating

Fissler aluminum pans feature various non-stick coatings made from different materials:
Ceramic coating free of PFAS/PTFE
Excellent, health-safe PTFE-based coatings
According to Regulation (EC) No. 2019/1021, all Fissler pans are PFOA-free.

Water-based non-stick coatings from Fissler

Fissler's coated pans, manufactured in Germany, feature a water-based coating. Fissler is the first German manufacturer to have switched its production process for non-stick pans. Investments in a new production facility in Germany reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 70% per year. This allows the premium brand from Rhineland-Palatinate to meet growing environmental awareness and changing consumer expectations.

Fissler's non-stick coatings not only make frying easier, but also cleaning.

How to care for your non-stick aluminum pan

Fissler aluminum pans are very easy to clean thanks to their high-quality coatings. The non-stick effect prevents food residue and liquids from sticking to the surface during frying. Here's how to easily clean the pan by hand:

Let the used pan cool down to avoid injury.

Take a soft sponge cloth, warm water and some dish soap and wipe out the pan.

Fissler pans are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to maintain the non-stick effect of the pans for a long time.

Non-stick coatings made of PTFE

PTFEPolytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is one of the best-known and most effective coatings. Nothing sticks to aluminum pans with a PTFE coating. They are also easy to clean.

The Adamant® pan series is equipped with aespecially scratch-resistant Non-stick coatingThey are equipped with silicon carbide particles. However, we still recommend using only kitchen utensils made of wood or silicone.
Also, be careful not to expose the pan to excessively high temperatures in order to maintain the non-stick effect for as long as possible.
