Fissler induction cookware

Fissler induction pots are made from durable stainless steel 18/10 (body) or stainless steel 18/0 (base capsule) and an aluminum core in the base:

Stainless steel is particularly heat-resistant and therefore also suitable for cooking at high temperatures, such as for frying. Additionally, the pots in the Original Profi Collection® can be used in the oven at up to 230 °C.
Aluminum is one of the highly heat-conductive materials. It is therefore optimally suited for the production of cookware, especially in the pot base.

The induction-compatible pots from the Fissler Pure Collection® also feature a quality glass lid for energy-saving visible cooking. These pots can be used in the oven at up to 180 °C.
