Terms and conditions of participation

These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the "Fissler x Alexander Herrmann" prize draw on November 30, 2025, organized by Fissler GmbH ("Fissler") between the participants of this promotion and Fissler. By participating in this prize draw, participants declare their agreement to these T&Cs.

Eligible participants:

• Any natural person aged 18 or older and residing in Germany is eligible to participate.

Participation in the competition:

• The competition on the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/fissler_de/ starts on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., and ends on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
• Participation in the competition is free and takes place as follows:
  • via Instagram @fissler_de by liking the competition post,
  • by following the accounts @fissler_de & @alexander_herrmann_offiziell,
  • Tagging a person in the comments,
  • For an extra entry, the competition can be shared in your Instagram story.
• Only those participants who still meet all the aforementioned conditions both at the end of the competition and at the time of the draw can be considered for the winner selection.
• Comments that violate Instagram's guidelines, German law, and/or copyright law, are in any way defamatory, obscene, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate, or that infringe the rights of third parties or advertise or promote goods and services of third parties, will be removed without notice upon discovery. The participant will then be disqualified from winning.
• Participation is only possible if all information required for the execution of the promotion is provided completely and truthfully and these terms and conditions are accepted.
• By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that all their information is complete and correct.

Exclusion from the competition:

• Employees of Fissler and employees of companies commissioned to carry out the respective prize draw, as well as their 1st and 2nd degree relatives (e.g. parents, siblings, children) can participate, but are excluded from the prize draw.
• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Fissler reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition.
• Also excluded are individuals who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through manipulation. In such cases, winnings may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
• Anyone who provides false personal information may be excluded from the competition.

Winner selection/prizes:

• Three winners will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the participation requirements.
• The prize: A Traditional Mood voucher for the Imperial in Nuremberg for 2 people (excluding drinks) & a 3-piece cookware set from the Original-Profi Collection® (article number: 084-378-03-000/0)

Further information

• Communication takes place exclusively via Instagram and Instagram direct message.
• The feedback process follows the same procedure.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The right to the prize or prize money cannot be assigned.

Winner notification, winner confirmation and shipping:

• The winner will be drawn on Friday, December 5, 2025 and informed of their win via Instagram direct message.
• The winner will be notified of their prize via direct message on Instagram. Participants must ensure they can receive messages from the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/fissler_de/.
• The winner must contact @fissler_de via direct message within 5 business days, providing their full address and confirming their win. By providing their full address, the participant confirms that their information is complete and correct.
• Should the direct message not be deliverable and/or should the winner not have submitted the shipping addresses via Instagram direct message to @fissler_de by December 10, 2025, their claim to the prize will be forfeited; Fissler reserves the right to name alternate winners.
• The prize will be sent within 10 days of receiving the address.
• If the prize cannot be sent to the winner due to circumstances for which the winner is responsible and not Fissler (e.g., providing an incorrect residential address, etc.), the right to receive the prize is forfeited.
• Complaints relating to the conduct of the prize draw must be submitted in writing to Fissler within 14 days of becoming aware of the reason for the complaint, clearly stating the name of the prize draw. Complaints submitted by telephone or after the deadline will not be processed.
  

Violation of the TNB:

• In case of a violation of the TNB (Terms and Conditions), Fissler reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
• Fissler may revoke and reclaim prizes even after a participant has been excluded.
• Participants are obligated to indemnify Fissler and its agents against all third-party claims arising from the participant's unlawful or contractually non-compliant conduct during participation in the competition. This indemnification includes reimbursement of all costs incurred by Fissler in pursuing or defending against such claims. Participants must immediately notify Fissler if they become aware of any potential breach of this obligation. Participants warrant that all information provided in their entry is true and correct.

Premature termination of the competition or changes to the terms of use:

• Fissler reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Fissler will make use of this right in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, Fissler may demand compensation from that person for any resulting damages.
• These terms of use may be changed by Fissler at any time without prior notice.

Privacy notice and consent:

The following data protection information applies to participants in the prize draw regarding the use of their personal data by Fissler in the execution and processing of the prize draw:

• Fissler complies with all applicable data protection regulations when collecting, processing, and using participants' personal data and generally uses this data only for the provision, execution, and processing of the prize draw. The data is then deleted unless the organizer has legal rights or obligations to retain it. Further information on data protection, in particular regarding the rights of data subjects and the possibility of objecting to processing, can be found here:
• Personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal regulations.
• Fissler takes appropriate, in particular contractual, organizational, and technical security measures to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations and, in particular, to protect the personal data of participants against accidental or unintentional alteration, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access.
• Participants are free to request information about the use of their personal data at any time, and to revoke their consent to the use and storage of their personal data at any time without giving reasons. An informal email to service@fissler.com is sufficient for this purpose. They can also request the deletion, blocking, or correction of their data in the same way.
• In the event of a withdrawal of consent, the participant's personal data will be deleted from the database immediately. Upon request, the withdrawal and the deletion of the participant's personal data will be confirmed by email. If the withdrawal occurs before the prize draw has been completed, further participation in the prize draw is excluded.

Liability:

• Fissler GmbH will be released from all obligations upon redemption of the prize, unless these regulations stipulate an earlier date.
• Fissler GmbH is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Fissler GmbH, its legal representatives, executive employees or other agents.
• Fissler GmbH is also liable in accordance with statutory provisions in the event of the assumption of guarantees or other strict liability, as well as in the event of claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of culpable injury to life, body or health.
• Fissler GmbH is liable in principle for simple negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations caused by itself, its representatives, executive employees and simple vicarious agents, i.e. obligations on whose fulfillment the participant regularly relies and may rely for the proper execution of the contract, but in this case the amount is limited to the typically occurring, foreseeable damage.
• The foregoing limitation of liability applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, malfunctions of technical equipment or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses.

Instagram/Meta release

• This promotion is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram/Meta. Participants hereby release Instagram/Meta from any and all claims and liabilities that may arise in connection with this promotion.

Miscellaneous:

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• The competitions and these terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected.

These TNB (Terms and Conditions) may be changed by Fissler GmbH at any time without prior notice.
