Coated Fissler pans made in Germany are crafted from up to 60% recycled aluminum and feature water-based, especially durable Non-Stick Coatings with an outstanding non-stick effect. They are produced as sustainably as possible in the state-of-the-art production facility in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Pans with Premium Non-Stick Coating – Made in Germany

Coated Fissler pans feature premium coatings with a non-stick effect. These are made from the following materials:

• Ceramic coating made without PFAS/PTFE
• Outstanding PTFE-based coatings that are safe for health
• In accordance with EU Regulation No. 2019/1021, all Fissler pans are PFOA-free.

As one of the first manufacturers, Fissler has fully converted pan production in Germany to water-based coatings . This enables the premium brand from Rhineland-Palatinate to meet growing health awareness. Investments in a new production facility reduce CO₂ emissions per year by around 70%.

At Fissler, you can choose from four different pan bodies (Premium, Comfort, Classic, and Serving Pan) as well as three water-based Non-Stick Coatings and durable stainless steel pans.

The Adamant® Non-Stick Coating is a durable PTFE coating, reinforced with silicon carbide particles. The addition of these hard particles makes it especially scratch-resistant and durable. This means you can even use rounded metal Kitchen Accessories in Fissler Adamant® pans.

The sustainably produced, water-based coating of the Levital®+ series offers a particularly durable non-stick effect thanks to its exceptional surface density – Made in Germany.

The Ceratal® series features a health-conscious ceramic Non-Stick Coating made without PFAS/PTFE for gentle, crispy frying. The eco-friendly coating is water-based and offers a comparably strong non-stick effect to PTFE-coated pans.

Using coated Cookware is safe and especially convenient: in Fissler Frying Pans with a non-stick effect, nothing sticks anymore. To extend the service life of a coated Frying Pan, there are a few Tipps and tricks to keep in mind:

• We recommend using kitchen utensils made of silicone or wood.
• Do not use sharp objects such as forks and knives in the Frying Pan.
• Make sure not to overheat the empty Frying Pan to avoid damage.
• The liquid should never evaporate completely. Otherwise, food residues can easily burn on and damage the non-stick coating.
• Check beforehand whether your Frying Pan is suitable for use in the oven.

Thanks to the excellent Fissler non-stick coating, it is enough to wipe out the Frying Pan with kitchen paper. Wash the Frying Pan with warm water and a drop of dish soap and a soft sponge to remove grease and cooking residue.

Frying Pans with a non-stick coating are dishwasher-safe. Fissler recommends Cleaning by hand, as the detergents used in dishwashers can impair the non-stick properties.

The Fissler Frying Pan philosophy: Use more than just one Frying Pan. Depending on what you want to prepare, you should choose the right Frying Pan:

• For searing at high temperatures we recommend an uncoated stainless steel Frying Pan. Stainless steel Frying Pans are robust, durable, and dishwasher-safe.
• With the stainless steel Frying Pan from the Original-Profi Collection® you can create the perfect steak, for example.
• As a complement and for preparing foods that stick easily, such as fish, egg dishes, and pancakes, a coated Frying Pan is the right choice.
