Made from high-quality, satin-finished 18/10 Stainless Steel, it is extremely durable and resistant to rust. Four adjustable cooking levels allow gentle to fast cooking with precision, helping preserve important vitamins. A pressure-free steam-cooking level is also integrated. Thanks to the Cooking Indicator with traffic-light function, the pressure in the pot can be easily monitored. Using the steam-release function on the cooking crown and handle, the pressure can be reduced easily and conveniently as needed.
The Novogrill® frying surface is ideal for preparing vegetables and meat with little fat and a grilled effect. Using the insert, you can even cook complete meals at the same time and prepare side dishes and desserts.
The Vitavit® Premium is suitable for all stovetops and equipped with the Cookstar® All-Stove Base. This provides ideal heat absorption, distribution, and retention.
