Two practical sizes in one set

Our current sets each consist of two pans in different sizes. The diameters are:24 and 28 cm.

A frying pan with a 24 cm diameter is ideal for preparing three fried eggs.
For larger portions of four fried eggs or more, we recommend a frying pan with a 28 cm cooking surface.

With these pan sets, you have the right pan size at hand to prepare different dishes and portion sizes.

Non-stick coatings made of PTFE

The non-stick coating made ofPTFEPolytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is not only one of the best-known coatings, but also one of the best. This makes pans with a PTFE coating veryeasy-care products, because grease and ingredients don't stick. It's sufficient for cleaning.

Wipe the pans with kitchen paper and
Wash the pan with warm water, a drop of dish soap and a soft sponge to remove grease and cooking residue.

However, you should make sure to use only…Kitchen utensils made of wood or siliconeto use and not expose the pan to excessively high temperatures in order to protect the non-stick coating for as long as possible.

Non-stick coatings without PTFE and PFAS offer an environmentally friendly and health-conscious alternative to conventional coatings.

The Fissler Ceratal® pan sets standards here: its water-based ceramic coating is completely free of PFAS and PTFE, yet impresses with excellent non-stick properties. Made in Germany from up to 60% recycled aluminum, the Ceratal® pan allows for gentle and crispy frying of vegetables, egg dishes, and meat. How to care for your non-stick aluminum pan set

Once the used frying pan has cooled down, it can usually be cleaned.easy to clean by hand, because neither dirt nor liquids adhere to the surface.

Simply use a soft sponge cloth, warm water and some dish soap.

Fissler pans from a set are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to maintain the non-stick properties of the pans for longer.
